Refund Policy - the basics

At LYM Daze, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit where applicable. Refunds are only issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process your exchange, credit, or refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
